As required by Article 4.06 of our Collective Agreement, the Administration must negotiate with BUFA regarding new and modified policies or practices that affect the terms and conditions of our employment prior to implementation. We have posted the most recent revision of University’s proposed Draft Code of Conduct Policy. As you may recall, we asked for your comments on the original draft Code of Conduct last year. The University and BUFA have been discussing the proposed Code since that time.
The currently posted revision reflects some of the points that we raised in our discussion, including removal of the requirement for individual signatures. Member feedback provided by noon on March 31, 2016 by will be considered in BUFA’s response.
